It's certainly possible... but since I don't have a cellphone, I don't really know first-hand what are the issues involved here... and I obviously can't test the results. From what I know, a cellphone/mobile version of a webpage is a text-only page with no image and no or very little formating a bit like
http://m.facebook.com/ vs
http://www.facebook.com/.
However, it would involve a lot of maintenance (and work) and I'm not sure that all the parts of the website can be cellphone friendly (ex: the "Dragons of the Analog and Digital World" section, the Message Board and a large part of the Artistic Section are heavily formated).
