I'm gonna have to look into this. As fun as that sounds, it also sounds like something that wouldn't be done very well...

I'm sorry to tell this to you, but it will most likely suck...

This isn't my decision, but it is the decision of nature...

In fact, if you read the lesser known "Fourth Law of Motion(tm)", it states and I quote "Every video game created in the image of a video game, comic, or television series will suck unless a greater or equal force acts upon it"...

Seriously, the movie will be good, but the video game, like many video games made after movies, has about a .001% chance of being good...

Maybe if we're really lucky, the video game and the movie aren't based on each other, but are each individually based on the book. Maybe. No, but maybe.

Is that directed toward Jish, Aiolos?

Hey, your name is Nicole, right? You were the one always yelling at that other person because she actually used the name Nicole and it funcuzzled you or something? Am I right? Or have I confused myself again?

I think the movie will be good.... and the game too if Christopher keeps an eye on the designers, like the brothers who made the matrix trilogy...

Ya, that was directed towards Jish. And I got all mad because people who knew me that also went to that site got us confused...which sort of bugged me....I'm all sensitive about my name. I get all huffy even when people SPELL it wrong....

Personally, i don't count on the movie to be any good at all. With a book that good, they've got to screw it up somehow and ruin it.

The video game might be okay, but I don't trust anything until I see it with my own eyes.

I think it to be the opposite...

The movie will turn out okay, not great, but okay, and the video game will completely suck...

Think about how long it takes for really good games to be made, and how long they have to make it...

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time alone was a FOUR YEAR PROJECT!!!

Add to that that LOZ never had anything like a book to run against, so it is guaranteed to be better than the book.

you really think the book was that good? I mean sure it was a good read etc. but the actual originality of the story was not good. it was the best bits of LOTR, Starwars and a few others. I thought it could have been much better. I will go see hte movie. but I think it is highly likey that it will suck!

And Earth sea.

I'm just seeing the movie for the freakin' heck of it. The Inheritance trilogy is my favorite series, so, in my opinion, I have to see all that is related to it.

<Curses infinitly in Draconic untill almost passes out from lack of breath>

ERAGON WAS TOTALLY ORIGIONAL!!!! THE NAMES WERE THE ONLY THING THAT WAS REMOTLY RELATED TO ANY OTHER BOOK!!!!!

<takes a breath>

We will have to wait and see.... I think that it will do well.... Christopher will see to that.... Did you know that he origionallly wanted his ideas to be a movies? He just made due with what he could do.... and that was write.

Chris Paolini has no say in what Fox does to the movie. He hasn't even SEEN it yet. I got that from reading an interview with CP, so don't attack me....

Well...I'm a dragon. Do you wish to fight me?

In which case if you don't, then do like I said: ignore it.
