Don't do that, Silintiea...

One could mistake you for a zombie, and accidently kill you on the spot...

They'd have a hard time killing me, since I fall down dead a moment later anyway. Moreover, even if they killed me they wouldn't have killed me, since I'm me...

Ways Earth bound zombies are killed (Virus type)...

1). Removing the head...

2). Destroying the brain...

3). Incineration...

4). Time...

I think I just killed thousands of things this afternoon. All with lasers.

But that's another story.

Ex, you can't kill me. The Prophet doesn't die...

Firu, Ah'm not a zombie, I's just not staying dead. Zombies are specifically UNdead.

*dies again anyway*

Wouldn't that make everyone a zombie? If you are UNdead, that would mean you are alive. And evidently, we are all alive. Well, except Silentiea, at the moment.

Undeath vries upon who you ask, but it's something that isn't dead anymore and isn't really alive, either. Someimes, like Ex said, it's sorta halfway there, and sometimes it's just made to seem like it isn't dead. Like an animated skeleton.

-Not that we are exactly and 'authority' on this matter, but there are also 'virus zombies' which, by most definitions, are not undead, they simply resemble the undead. Xombie zombies are cool, because they're virus zombies that are undead.

It does seem like an oxymoron, but that is the appropriate term for zombies...

Just as long as you aren't a zombie, that's fine with me...

Actually Silintiea, there are some types of virus's that do kill, and later reanimate the victims...

However, some don't mean death...

Firu, I know. The zombies in Xombie are like that. The virus kills you, or the zombies do, and then the virus reactivates your brain. It takes just long enough to reactivate so that all your memories and base knowlege are erased. There are two of them who can think though.

It's fun. You should go to Newgrounds and check it out.

My mind is already plagued by horrible visions of battles past with the undead menace, and I don't need those memories refreshed...

Well, there's not so much 'horrible visions of battles' as 'easy-peasy-lemon-squezzy'.

Hehe, sounds like a drink. A drink that is just sugar water. A drink that you could make for mere cents, but costs five dollars at a fair, where the rides smell like puke, and there's a creepy guy operating the swing machine. That's why I planted a camera on him. It turns out he was part of a secret society that thinks that life comes from a machine located at the center of the Earth. They were dangerous, and planned on destroying the world. However, they never got that far. All of a sudden, when the members of said society were exitting their meeting place, a flash of light jumped from each one, killing them where they stood. I don't know what it was, but after the last member had been killed, the light streamed into a whirlpool in the sky, and disappeared forever...

And that's why I can't go and do whatever it was we originally started talking about...

It doesn't kill all, just most...

I was reading about a virus that attacked the brain, and controlled it after the victim was dead...

However, I do know of a few other ways to ressurect zombies without making the head a weak spot. One of the methods includes a mechanical heart and a chemical called ceritasius ensium running through the blood stream. However, creating a zombie this way takes more work than it's worth, and severly inefficient to that of necromancy...

There's magical re-animation of people or cretures that whendon incorrectly will make the body decay and rot at a slower rate, but it will still decay.
This process is called zombification.
Chaos grips me in it's eternity unfortunately for it, I RULE CHAOS.
