Maybe dragonSAVER is using a different language, where

means, "hello, I'm new to the boards, and I can use both english and :Dese. I was told about this place by Loyal_Reaper, and I hope I am welcomed. I am also very private, so whenever I DO disclose information about myself, it will typically be with :Dese, instead of with english..."

However, My ability to read :Dese is a little rusty, so I might've mistranslated, but I think that's the general gist of the message...
