Ever heard of the Sea Cadets?

Officially, we're called the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps.

It's a youth program that I'm a part of.

The only Reason I ask is because that's where I've been for the last two weeks, at Recruit training.

Not herd of it. Is it pre or post ROTC?

If it's a youth program, I can only assume that it's entirely separate from and unrelated to ROTC, which is an officer training program...
