Who'd it get by? Not me, certainly. I remember talk of this some time ago, I think. Which implies that it wasn't here, seeing as I wasn't some time age...

I finally saw a movie preview of it. Of course they made the dragons seem bad... *sigh*.

They don't look too bad, though. Graphically, I mean. And there's lots of them, so that's a plus.

Well yeah, they are visually splendid but why couldn't they be good ones too?

If it's even close to a 'good' movie, at least one will probably be a good guy.

You have to remember that the majority of people see dragons as evil and vile creatures that have to be exterminated nomater what it takes should it finnally be proven they still exist some where. the majority of film makers are going to appeal to them because they figure they will get more money.

Too true, but I wish that dragons were good in more than Neverending Story and Eragon, but other than the alignment issues, it seems pretty good, though I'll probably end up watching Resident Evil instead.

Well if they make the other Dragonlance movies (my other movie post) you will get to see "good" dragons. But this one looks like there may be a "good" dragon. (read into the plot, and a quick shot on the trailer)

First off: Good dragon: I totally called it.

Second off: Dragonlance as movies would rock.

I just got back from spending some time with cousin and watching this I wasnt as happy with the movie as i thought i might be it didnt really to have much point to it. More of a lets see how much stuff we can break and blow up in an hour and throw a little bit of story on top and call it a movie.

Well most movies are like that now days...... A few million dollars of explosions and special effects, but no story about people........

And Silentiea.......

I have a thread for it somewhere on the board. I like the voice over actors they are using (but it did take me a while to do so) and I have seen some still shots for it as well and they look great... but I am off topic.

Not all movies are so bad. Maybe I'll save my money for a better one.

As for the Dragonlance one... I hope it's good.

That happens with too many movies. It makes me sad.
