I was wondering if any fellow board members played city.

Fot those of you who don't know what city of heros and villains is. It's an awsome online game where you choose to be either a villain or a hero, and make yur own character and everything. You can team with other players, and battle the opposite side you choose to be on.

I am a little to cheep to play any of the pay to play games. I mean you spend $20-50 on the game and now you have to pay them ~$20 each month to play it. Just not my idea of fun.

But I that is one of the games I have looked at. And seeing the pen and paper game will be put out soon I'll just wait for that.

It's made by NCSoft, the geniuses behind Tabula Rasa and Guild Wars. And speaking of monthly payment, GW is a 50 or 80 dollar one-time payment. No monthly.

city isn't half as bad as all the others tho, it cost 15$ a month v.s. the 20 or 50 for other games. atho i do understand where yur coming from tho, i was a bit peeved myself when i found out it had a monthly fee, but after playing it for a while it didn't bother me.
