Jurassic park
I know this is such a werid question, but a friend had asked me that and I wanted to give her a expert opinon.
Is it plasible that the dinosausrs could have evole into dragons, they were here for a while, could it be possible that they evole into something alittle more complex and advance than "birds?"

Re: Jurassic park
Here is my answer because I am not really into the “evolution” theory. To me I go with the “we are just here” theory.
Anything is possible.
No one can answer your beliefs in theory’s for you. Only you can answer that yourself. To be honest evolution is only a theory so there is no right and wrong answers on this one.
if you believe in evolution than sure it might be possible but again it depends.

Ok, to try to not start a flame.
The complex change from dinosaur to bird is rather strange. The evidence from China is showing a number of "dead-end" species of dinosaurs with feathers. Weather this is showing a change to flight or not is still in question. So far these creatures have four "wings", that is all four limbs have feathers on them. This may have been used to glide much like some animals can do now with flaps of skin.
Again, if dragons were true creatures. I do not think they would have evolved from dinosaurs. Mainly due to the wing type. A dragon wing seems closer to the pterosaurs. A known flying reptile capable of powered flight.

The victories from those skilled in warfare are not considered of great wisdom or courage, because their victories have no miscalculations

But aren't pterosaurs dinosaurs
Btw i do think it is very plausible that they might have evolved from dinosaurs

*Sigh*
That is one on the many missnomers. Pterosaurs are not dinosaurs, they are a seprate order.

Pterosaurs are not dinosaurs (or birds for that matter), but close relatives of them. Their exact origins are still uncertain (see the origins section) as pterosaurs are very advanced animals having specialised for flight and thus look quite different to their nearest relatives, making an exact comparison of anatomy very hard. They are certainly reptiles though, although you might not know that to look at a living one.

Not necessarily.

Well, Quetzelcoatalus was capable of flight, and it weighed between 100-200kg. So it may have been possible to ride them (holding out hope)... certainly, if a human saw them they could be forgiven quite easily for thinking 'Dragon!'
However, that would require them to have survived the KT event...
