Well, I'm not really sure about what part of the registration process you have trouble with so here a step-by-step and the problems usually encountered.

Click on Register
Click on I Agree to these terms ...

Fill a username, enter a valid E-mail address and type a password. Some usernames are disallowed and some others are already taken, if this happen you will be prompted to enter a new one.
The Confirmation code must be typed as it appears (it is case sensitive and zero has a diagonal line through it). The other information are optional and can be modifier later.

Right after clicking Submit at the bottom of the page, a confirmation link is sent to the email address you entered. This mean that you absolutely need a valid email address otherwise you won't be able to receive the confirmation email and thus activate your account. Usually, it takes a few minutes before you receive the email, anything longer than a few hours mean you should post there: http://www.dragnix.net/Msg_Board/phpBB/ ... .php?t=213 and I will manually activate your account.
