What's the size of a dragon (and size of their body parts) ?

According to the Dragnix "Everything you wanted to know about dragons", dragons were 1-8 or maybe even 10 feet long. That's all I know.

Simple, though it depends on the dragon. A dragon varies around the size of an egg to some that could pass for large hills1
