over the type box there should be a list of buttons: B, i, u, Quote, Code, List, List=, Img, URL. click on Img then put the image's URL

URL's are the specific web-adresses used to locate a certain text, web page, or picture...

For pictures, I believe you right click it, go to properties, and there is a URL listed there. Highlight it, copy it, paste it...
