Edit: Ward's is actually i think just a tad longer(I compared in word his is about a couple lines longer)

ya but mine was an opening post, and it was also directed for story progression.

still though good job. gratz i approve the length, if the jucies flow dont try to curb them or stop them. let it out let it all out, when your finally done, look back on it and split it up if you fell its too long and can be but if not, roll with it, length is good as long as it doeasn't drone along.

On the note of length, perhaps we could also say, though, that posts should be 7 sentences or more? Just a thought. Some of the posts herein just seem a bit... sparse. Just a suggestion.

Maybe so, but I might lose count. I just write whatever seems like a good idea and edit later. My character isn't much of a talker, so she just might say a few liners or two. I'm still debating on that.

you could try doing what I am doing right now. You could add detail; add what your char is feeling at the moment and how the actions OF OTHERS AFFECT your char.

I agree with Ciarda... it will help add detail to the story Ward.

I don't mind writing 7 sentences or more (as seen from my previous post)

Call it the teacher in me, lol. I usually go with 7 because in the education field, at least as far as all the teachers I've had, its kinda the number of completion so to speak. Enough to get your point across, while still giving the necessary detail.

true, not to forget that it will improve some RP skills for a few of us(like me), that and it is also more fun to read long posts than it is for short posts.

Question I'm kind of curious what grade and subject(s) do you teach Ciarda?

I don't have an actual position just yet. Currently, I work for Sylvan Learning Center, a tutoring company. However, my certification is in middle and high school history^^

Cool hope you get to be a full teacher if that is what you are shooting for

It is. I really want to teach high school. As much as I like little kids, I can't teach them, I'll go absolutely insane. LOL

I'm glad to not get the usual, "OMG I hate history!" thing

I'm sorry for sending my char to the ship early, but I completely ran out of ideas for deserts without over doing it. But still, it’s fun to read.

Naomi kept walking for about an hour or so until she reached the ship.

She saw a Iridal standing crying her eyes out.
Raptor, I see two things completely wrong with this quote.

1) Iridal wasn't crying when my char Cyriscel got there FIRST. She was completely fine.

2) MY CHAR GOT THERE FIRST! Only because I ran out of ideas, my char got there 9 hours after he landed.... that’s about 3 hours early if you ask me. To prove it you could read my posts and do the math. You could say your char got to the ship an hour after Cyriscel or something like that.

Can you please edit and fix these mistakes.

EDIT: I DIDN'T SAY YOU HAVE TO DELETE IT?? O_O I only asked for you to EDIT those 2 mistakes. Why did you delete it?? :? :?

Hey ya'll! If I could ask a SMALL favor: I have to step away from the comp for a bit to move some furniture into my new apartment. I'm really wanting to respond to Fyre's post, and as such, I was wondering if we could keep posts to a minimum just for like, three or four hours til I get this done so I can respond? Many thanks friends! I appreciate it!

Sure, I wasn't getting anywhere with Naomi anyway. This would give me time to come up with new ideas. :D

She'll was just wandering about, like dust in the wind (joke).

Fyre, I'm sorry for already running towards the ship, like I said I couldn't think of anything at the time. however thought you should know you might not be the last one to get to the ship, Raptor, Rooma, Ciarda are all also in the desert, only my char reached the ship and he was only about 3 hours early only because of his ability to fly(not really interested into explaining it) so there is still time. kk? so don't worry about that, because you got a lot of time (not to mention I made my char time jump so you still have a lot more time than that)

Ciarda, I will not post until you come back.

Drakel it's up to Wardonis to point out problems with continuities and ask for them to be fixed, what with it being his story and all.

True, just thought it would be nice for everyone to respect Ciarda’s request for a short time of us not ... your right I was out of place. Sorry ward.

It was edited.
