Hey I have just started drawing but am not particularly good 
so positive critisicm is welcomed.
This is basically the first decent drawing i did:

This is one of the best figures i have done but tells excactly what my problem is: I can't draw heads/faces

Anyhoo have a look and tell me whats wrong with them! lol They're not much up against everyone elses but practice makes perfect right?
