They're great! I love them all! Unfortunately the one on the DS isn't out yet. Not even in Japan. I think you're talking about the GBA game, which on a side note comes out in a PS2 remake tomorrow in the States.

I don't think I would. Most game to movie makes are bad enough. But something like this would really suck. It can be called 'Cameo the Movie'.
I would note, my lookout on most movies are dim as is.

Well the games itself are pretty good in my opinion. THey are pretty fun to play if you like that sort of games. I myself play all sorts of games and KH were one of it, next to my ghost recon cd.
But its fun and if you wanna be a kick ass gamer, you can do the hardest level, which actually is pretty hard.

I havent played those games.
But I agree about the game to movie thing. The only ones I thought were good was the Doom movie and the Resident Evil films, though I admit they are nothing like the games. I also think the first Tomb Raider was a great film! But again, not like the games really, but I suppose its the same with converting books to films... its difficult.

For starters, less user interaction.

Kingdom Hearts is too abstract to make a good movie... Most especially a live-action one. Really I have trouble with the transition from anime-style to hollywood-style. Few have been tried like that here in the states, but I'm hoping that Paramount's The Last Airbender will be good. Then we'll see if it truly can be done.

True, just look at the FF movies. One was just really strange, and the other took such in-depth knowledge of the games non-fans were lost. And then there is the Super Mario Brothers movie *shudders* but is did play out like a game almost.
