The torrential rains beat against the stained glass windows as thunder crashed overhead. Lowering his blade, blood dripping from the broken tip, Sir Arith stared in disbelief. “It is over?”
“It is over,” a second knight agreed, dropping the broken halves of his lance next to the corpse of Magus, the last and greatest of the Sorcerers. “The evil of their kind has finally been extinguished.”
“Artorius, how can you be certain?” Arith asked. “Their kind have hidden before-”
“The Grail assured us that Magus was the only remaining living Sorcerer in the world. And with the destruction of the Death Scepter by Sir Lancel, we need not worry about any undead either.”
“Then it is finished.” Arith leaned wearily against the wall. “The Order of the Temple has accomplished its mission…”

For a moment, tester and patient were obscured by the mists. Dr. Nexado leaned forward impatiently. “Jacobs? How is the patient?”
From out of the mists the body of the lab assistant came hurtling at high speed, smashing through the reinforced safety glass like it was wet paper. Dr. Nexado scrambled backwards as the patient stepped into view…

A Templar scout has reported a government quarantine of a research facility in Missouri. Interviews of an escaped janitor have confirmed the Temple Council’s worst fears- someone, using modern technology, has started to recreate the Sorcerer power to mutate and control humans and animals. Now it is time to begin the Fifth and final Age, the Age of Conflict.

Good luck.
The fate of humanity rests in your hands.
