why do some dragons have limbs and some don't have any at all? what could cause a speices to lose its limbs in some places and keep them in other?

I know not of any limbless dragons, but it is the same condition that removed the snakes legs.

worms or wurms are limbless dragons. why do lindworms have two forelimbs?

No, i mean worm or wurm as in the story of the laidly worm(my least favortie dragon story, it is so cheesy)
