That's really brief, and is this supposed to be for the battle arena or just something in general? Not trying to be rude here.

Um, yeah... if rather than marvelling over yellow text you'd like to answer my question, that'd be real, real nice.

And you only need one character per story. If you're planning on starting more than one they need seperate OCC threads. AND YOU HAVE TO EXPLAIN WHAT'S GOING ON OR IF IT'S AN <U>OPEN</U> ROLEPLAY WHERE YOU CAN JUST DO ANYTHING.

You're only meant to use quotes when you're actually quoting someone... that can get confusiong otherwise.

Yes, as I said before, you only need one character.

You can have two if you wish. as i have two, a dragon and a human. but it's just not custom to have two in one thread. or story.

Some boards do it, and by that I mean have more than one character per thread. Obviously minor characters, such as a villager telling you the location of the public bathrooms wouldn't count. Like Draches said, we really aren't that big of a RP board to have to do that or want to do that.
