The Explanation of My Absence and My Return

I know I have been absent, and my name and reputation have probably all but faded. For those who do not have the slightest clue as to who I am, the name is Exanderous.
I was once a moderator at the old boards, and was present daily. I was once top dog post wise, and considered myself to be a decent writer. Now that my skill has vanished along with my attendance, I realized that was then and this is now.
When the board moved, I encountered some.... experiences in my life that caused my perpetual absence here. Some details are rather personal, but some reading this are like family.
For one, I was having some serious complications with my shoulder. It dislocated in four different directions, and the surgery was going to be so extensive the doctors would not touch it. It took months to find one who finally would proceed with the operation. I had my shoulder operated on December the 27th and still have not recovered in the least.
Another factor was the crash that shook my family's life. My god sister and cousin, Danielle Eads, was hit head on by an SUV and was in a coma close to four months. I was really close with her, so it did a real number. Well she made it through all the operations alive, but she suffers from brain damage. We do not know what her condition with it is. Will she not remember basic skills? Will she not remember who she is? Will she even remember me? These questions still haunt me now...
That along with my granny's sudden illness and personal matters that have been deteriorating my life, it’s a wonder that I am still sane. There is a silver lining in this cloud. My baby doll, Dragyness, has stayed with me through it all. I would gladly go through this all again as long as she would be right there. [Cue *Awwwwwww]
This post is a matter of explaining why I have been out. Quite a few have been asking, and now you know the majority of the reasons. Now whether or not they seem like adequate reasons to you, that is your call. I on the other hand am glad to be back. Let the Rping begin!
