Ask a question and everyone will answer and no one will say the same thing. Have your fun, then.

Hey, I can't fly or transform!!!
I can create a nice force field, and have a pretty good arsenal of arcanne skills, along with a bunch of really high class weapons that don't come from Earth...

Yes it is possible, as well as any other powers a dragon may be born with, especially powers of the mental type, this is why dragons can communicate with some people.

As a dragonfish I have some dragon powers, only because I am very lucky only a chosen few have the powers of fire breath and transformation

And as a Druid, i have exellent communication skills, especially with wildlife, my familiar is bird type, especially rather large ones. But i can also communicate with lizards, A monitor lizard type is the closest reptilian to the dragon.

How big are you in dragon form???
I'm not much bigger than many humans, so how big could you be???
And Hicksville probably is big enough for the two of us, but you set me up for a lame Western movie reference. In fact, there is actually an abundance of ghosts, at least one sea serpent, and this seems to be a popular spot for people Leprechauns...
