doubt about what, the future or about anything in genral. for the general on i just take a deep breath and try to clear my mind. then once i am centured again i try to ignore the doubt and go on with my life. if i messed up i messed up. part of being mortal.

<smiles and offers vampcat a friendly hug> Being a dragon i have no doubt on. Since i was little i acted reptilian - much to the confusion and amusement of my peers. As i grew older the Internet told me what being an other'kin means. I have no doubts that i am a dragon, although i must admit, you people here are the only ones who know of my draconity.
If you ever consider telling anyone else, please be careful. I've know less serious people (furres) to have been kicked out by their parents. Broach the topic carefully and with plenty of positive evidence.
Hope this helps
PM me on this matter if you wish

There are only two things to fear...
Fear itself and zombies...
However, regarding dragonic stuff and my family...
*breaths*
I usually spend less than an hour with my family a day, about two in a week. I find keeping distant bonds with those you love is the best thing to do in such a delicate situation...

Wow..a good 4 months dead at least! Anyhow...I shall answer your question.
It is more of a mentality/spirituality than anything physical.
Do some Google/Wikipedia interest, visit Otherkin sites and ask around.
