Do you think that someone will find a dragon that is alive

Sorry to burst your bubble, but probably not. It definately hurt me when I realised it, but if dragons were real, they might have already evovled away, or went to extinction. It would be cool if someone did, though.

I believe that a dragon will be found. After all, many species have been thought to have become extinct, but were found once again. Even look at the giant squid. It was thought to only have existed in myths and legends, but within the past few years one was actually caught! :poke:

Yeah, dead and rotted after it floated to the surface....

I doyubt that we will ever 'find' dragons, because they will never want us to find them,.

Agreed, mankind is not ready to see (find) dragons. For that matter, I doubt they will ever be ready.

The humans would not know how to react if a dragon was "found".

My thoughts exactly.

Humans...funny that I ever considered myself one. They always act so odd when discovering a new species. You always want to kill one first, ask questions later, preferablly while studying the anatomy.

How Dare You!!! What did a DragonFish Ever Do To You!!!

I dont think we would, unless they're real and invisible. We would only see one if we nuked the planet, went into space, and came back to see a bunch of dead dragons from the nuclear fallout. That's probalby the only time, like you said, kill, ask questions later.

The main problem with your theory is this: Humans CAN'T react to dragons. There's been so much dispute over it for the past centuries that they/we are physically incapable of ever believing that a dragon actually, truly, and essentially exists.

Unless we Somehow genetically altered something and made one...

Heavyman - good idea yet its scientifically impossible. Genetic engineers are still trying to bring back a mammoth..creating a whole new species that we know facts only from legend on would be...stupid to think of a better word.

Never know what they'll have in one hundred years or more, possibly anti-matter, genetically engineered creatures, hand held lasers of war...etc etc...

Ok then heres a new topic to ponder on if we had a sample of dragon dna and injected it into a human What would happen - My verdict the person would die.

Here's another theory: What if dragons are actually beings from another planet, another galaxy, that had arrived on Earth millenia ago, but were forced off because of man's abuse?

Heavyman: they have lasers of war, and they DO have antimatter.

Silv: you need to read more science journals. They made a human ear grow on the back of a mouse, so it's very possible that they could put wings on a reptile.

Where did you read that?

-.- i feel like a right doof now. oh well! :D

thanks for the link Chalgrish -clicks-

Edit:  that's...ok, i feel like tearing whoever done that to the mouse into little shreds. -deep breath- Im done.

Mmm, maybe. But genetics could get us into deeper trouble than we think. Nature destroyed dragons (if they ever existed, depends on your opinion) so isn't it best if we leave it at that?

On the History Channel some scientests found a "pickled" dragon in a jar. It looked like a lizard with wings, or so they said. It looked just like the dragons of legend.
