Hmm, it's part of the same function... meaning that posting and editing back a post is considered similar in the way the flood protection work.

I have reduced the flood interval between post from 90 sec to 60 sec, this should help a little.

I think that it's great that you can edit your posts, but a lot of the times I try to edit one and it will say that it's not been long enough since my last post. I think it's good that you can't post twice quickly, but maybe if you could edit your post right away?
